With the new series back on our screens and more fans and tourists heading to Birmingham than ever before, what better way to spend your time in the city than in a Peaky Blinders property itself!
HomeAway offers customers the chance to stay at the home which Arthur Shelby took residence in season four of the show.
You might recognise that door way from when Arthur drunkenly came home to his wife and the lounge was also used as an interior set for the iconic Peaky Blinders character’s home.
The property, situated in Knutsford, in Cheshire, can be found in the charming Tatton Estate village of Rostherne right next to Tatton Park.
HomeAway is offering Peaky Blinders fans the chance to stay there for four nights minimum, with the propety renovated and offering modern creature comforts.
Guests will pay around £230 per night, and owners told BirminghamLive: “All of the Tatton Group properties are ‘of an age’, one even dating back to the 13th Century. Whilst renovated with modern creature comforts, they do have some of the quirks found in older countryside properties.”
Owners can sometimes facilitate shorter stays for a premium.
“We do we only accept such bookings within 2 months of your stay,” they added.
The three bedroom property boasts three bathrooms and can accommodate eight people.
Its facilities include a heater, washer and dryer, as well as fireplace, TV and internet access.
There is even parking – and pets are welcome.
Beds will be made up on arrival, and its owners can arrange to change bed linen at a charge.
There’s an open fire in each sitting room, with private drive boasting enough parking for three to four cars.
There is a dining area to seat 6, as well as a dining kitchen which has a table to seat 4.
High chair available to hire on request.
And guests reckon it’s a lovely cottage, with one writing online: “A few minor things that need attention, otherwise a very nice place to stay.”
A second added: “we loved it so much that we just got on and dealt with these issues as we would of at home… in fact we literally wanted to move in and never leave!”
